Important infoOral communications: presentations must last 12 minutes in order to allow 2 minutes for questions (and 1 minute for speaker changeover). Files (PPTX or PDF) must be sent to the organizers no later than the morning, before the opening of the first session. Posters: posters will be displayed on vertical boards. The format is a standard A0 (84 × 119 cm, portrait). Program: the conference will begin on Tuesday, June 23 at 8:30 a.m. (so that participants can travel the day before). The GDR PES general assembly will take place on Wednesday, June 24 in the afternoon, before the gala dinner in the evening. The closing session will be held on Thursday, June 25 in the late afternoon. A surprise event (for everyone) and a themed tour of the town of Boulogne-sur-Mer (max. 30 participants) are also being considered.
