Registration and payment

Registrations are open. They will remain open until June 14!

Registrations and payments will be handled via a third-party website.
Below is the procedure to follow depending on the payment method:

• Par credit card: via Place Minute

Registrations made by credit card (secure payment via Place Minute) are preferred whenever possible.

• Par purchase order:

Please send an email to contact@fondationevertea.org, specifying [InscriptionGDR2026] in the subject line of your email.

Please provide your Last name, First name, email address, Position held, and Laboratory.
Please also specify the desired type of registration: Permanent Staff, Student, Industry Representative, Scientific Committee Member.
Please also indicate your preferences regarding the available options:

• Participation in the gala dinner on Wednesday, June 24 (paid option at €35 per person) > yes/no
• Participation in the AI working group (limited to 30 participants) > yes/no
• Participation in the themed visit of the city of Boulogne-sur-Mer (limited to 30 participants) > yes/no
• Participation in the surprise event on June 23 at 6:30 pm (open to all) > yes/no

Whenever possible, please group your requests for the same laboratory/unit.

Registration fees:

Permanent staff and postdoctoral researcher (member of GDR PES): €125.00

Student: €50.00
Industry / private organization: €650.00

The gala dinner is not included in the registration fee; it is offered as an optional add-on at a cost of €30.
